PIAA Changes CIPPE (Sports Physical Packet) Authorization Date
PIAA Makes Changes to CIPPE Packet (Sports Physical Packet)
Per the PIAA, the date CIPPE (Sports Physical) Packets can be authorized has changed. In the past, CIPPE packets could not be authorized earlier than June 1st. Now, the CIPPE (Sports Physical) packet may not be authorized earlier than May 1st. This means you may have a sports physical completed and dated May 1st or later.
Please note the PIAA has updated the CIPPE Packet. Old physical packets will not be accepted.
If you have a physical scheduled for May and need an updated packet, please contact Mrs. Unverdorben. Otherwise, CIPPE (Sports Physical) packets will be handed out later in May.
